METHODOLOGY:
Briefly discuss the methods you used to sample stores/vendors, and any problems or obstacles you ran into (shopkeeper resistance etc.). This information will help researchers develop an international survey tool on point of purchase tobacco marketing.

CLARIFICATION ON CERTAIN QUESTIONS
*Type of store -- Examples: Gas station, supermarket, drugstore, liquor store, newsstand, street vendor etc.
*Location of store -- Example: Is it near a school? A discotech? Anything particular about this part of town, in terms of who frequents the store, e.g. young people, wealthy people, tourists?
*Other relevant observations & information -- e.g. Was the staff suspicious? Did the staff provide any interesting information about how often company representatives come by and/or the incentives given for displaying certain tobacco advertisements? etc.
