State Farm Insurance
Despite company promises to be a good neighbor, even in lower income communities, recently released data shows that State Farm Mutual Insurance Company has underserved less affluent and ethnic minority communities throughout California. State Farm stepped up their efforts to keep this information under wraps when they filed suit to stop distribution of the information, which is, according to California law, public material. The data shows that State Farm has very few agents or claims offices in California's "underserved" communities.
